1. Sponsor and Administrator
These Official Contest Rules (the "Rules") govern each skill-based competition (a "Contest") offered on the BluMint platform. Each Contest is sponsored and administered by BluMint Inc., a Delaware corporation ("BluMint," the "Sponsor," or the "Platform"). As Sponsor, BluMint is solely responsible for each Contest, including these Rules, verification of participant eligibility, collection and escrow of entry fees, custody and payment of prizes, and resolution of disputes.Sponsor: BluMint Inc., 447 Broadway Unit 1303, New York, NY 10013Contest: WTI TEKKEN 8 #24The host streamer identified below (the "Host") hosts gameplay for the Contest and provides and sets its prize. 2. Eligibility
To enter a Contest, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher);
- Be a legal resident of, and physically located in, a U.S. state in which BluMint offers real-money play (free-entry Contests may permit entry from other locations, but prizes cannot be withdrawn until your location is supported);
- Have a valid BluMint account in good standing. Identity verification (KYC) is required before any prize or balance withdrawal; and
- Not use a VPN, proxy, or other tool that masks your location; the Platform confirms your eligible location using your IP address.
3. How to Enter
- Open the Contest within the BluMint app and select "Join."
- Pay the entry fee shown for that Contest. The entry fee is consideration for your own participation only — it is not a wager on the outcome of others.
- Confirm you meet the eligibility requirements above.
4. Format and How Winners Are Determined
Each Contest is a contest of skill. The outcome is determined by the relative skill of the participants — their dexterity, reaction time, strategy, logic, and decision-making — as measured by score or objective performance criteria. Skill is the predominant and material factor in determining the winner. Any element of randomness is applied identically to every participant and does not determine the outcome. Chance-based formats are strictly prohibited and are not offered on the Platform.Game: Tekken 8Competition format: Double-Elimination.Winners are determined by competitive performance under the rules of Tekken 8, as measured by score or objective performance criteria. The Host administers gameplay; BluMint determines the final results under these Rules.Tiebreakers are resolved according to the in-game rules of the Contest, subject to final determination by BluMint.
5. Prizes
The amount of each prize is fixed and predetermined, and is disclosed before you enter. Prize amounts do not increase or decrease based on the number of entrants or the amount of entry fees collected, and prizes are payable regardless of turnout.Prize: $50Prizes are paid via Coinflow to your BluMint wallet.Prizes are paid only to actual participants who achieve the winning result, and are subject to applicable tax reporting. Winners may be required to provide tax information before payout.
6. Disputes and Conduct
BluMint, as Sponsor, administers each Contest and is responsible for verifying participant eligibility, escrowing entry fees, holding prizes in custody, adjudicating results and disputes, and paying prizes to winners. The Host administers gameplay under BluMint's oversight. Disputes about results are resolved through BluMint's dispute-resolution process, including the binding arbitration provisions of the BluMint Terms of Use. BluMint reserves the right to void entries, disqualify participants, or withhold prizes in cases of cheating, collusion, fraud, multi-accounting, or violation of these Rules or the BluMint Terms of Use.
7. General Terms
These Rules are part of, and incorporate, the BluMint Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Where these Rules conflict with the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use govern except as to Contest-specific details stated here. These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York. By entering a Contest, you agree to these Rules and confirm you are eligible to participate.
