Sponsor and administrator

These Official Contest Rules (the "Rules") govern each skill-based competition (a "Contest") offered on the BluMint platform. Each Contest is sponsored and administered by BluMint Inc., a Delaware corporation ("BluMint," the "Sponsor," or the "Platform"). As Sponsor, BluMint is solely responsible for each Contest, including these Rules, verification of participant eligibility, collection and escrow of entry fees, custody and payment of prizes, and resolution of disputes.

Sponsor: BluMint Inc., 447 Broadway Unit 1303, New York, NY 10013

Contest: Good Fighters USFIV EMBER TOURNAMENT - October 23rd, 2026

The host streamer identified below (the "Host") hosts gameplay for the Contest and provides and sets its prize. The Host administers gameplay on the Platform subject to these Rules and BluMint's oversight, and is not a sponsor or co-sponsor of any Contest.

Host: Good Fighters

Eligibility

To enter a Contest, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher);
  • Be a legal resident of, and physically located in, a U.S. state in which BluMint offers real-money play (free-entry Contests may permit entry from other locations, but prizes cannot be withdrawn until your location is supported);
  • Have a valid BluMint account in good standing. Identity verification (KYC) is required before any prize or balance withdrawal; and
  • Not use a VPN, proxy, or other tool that masks your location; the Platform confirms your eligible location using your IP address.

Real-money entry is not available, and each Contest is void, in the following jurisdictions: Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, South Carolina, South Dakota, and the District of Columbia.

BluMint enforces these restrictions through IP-based geolocation and VPN/proxy detection. Employees of BluMint and the Host, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to win prizes. Void where prohibited by law.

How to enter

  1. Open the Contest within the BluMint app and select "Join."
  2. Pay the entry fee shown for that Contest. The entry fee is consideration for your own participation only — it is not a wager on the outcome of others.
  3. Confirm you meet the eligibility requirements above.

Entry fee (per entrant): Free

Entry closes when the Contest begins, and each entry fee is collected at the time of entry. Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with the BluMint Terms of use.

Format and how winners are determined

Each Contest is a contest of skill. The outcome is determined by the relative skill of the participants — their dexterity, reaction time, strategy, logic, and decision-making — as measured by score or objective performance criteria. Skill is the predominant and material factor in determining the winner. The Host may determine the order in which participants are matched, including at random; that order governs when you play, never whether you can win or what you can win. Any element of randomness is applied identically to every participant and does not determine the outcome. Chance-based formats are strictly prohibited and are not offered on the Platform.

Game: Ultra Street Fighter IV

Competition format: Double-Elimination.

Winners are determined by competitive performance under the rules of Ultra Street Fighter IV, as measured by score or objective performance criteria. The Host administers gameplay; BluMint determines the final results under these Rules.

Tiebreakers are resolved according to the in-game rules of the Contest, subject to final determination by BluMint.

Prizes

The prize pool is funded by contributions, which anyone, including the Host, may make, and its goal is disclosed before you enter. Each placement is paid its stated percentage of the prize pool as funded when that placement is settled, which may be more or less than the goal. If contributions exceed the goal, the Host receives the share of the excess the Host set for this Contest, paid at settlement, and prizes are paid from the remainder. Until the first match begins, including after you enter, the Host may change the goal, each placement's percentage and the Host's share of the excess, and may end crowdfunding for this Contest if no contribution has been made; these terms are fixed from then on.

Prize pool goal: $300

Prizes are paid via Coinflow to your BluMint wallet.

Prizes are paid only to actual participants who achieve the winning result, and are subject to applicable tax reporting. Winners may be required to provide tax information before payout.

Disputes and conduct

BluMint, as Sponsor, administers each Contest and is responsible for verifying participant eligibility, escrowing entry fees, holding prizes in custody, adjudicating results and disputes, and paying prizes to winners. The Host administers gameplay under BluMint's oversight. Disputes about results are resolved through BluMint's dispute-resolution process, including the binding arbitration provisions of the BluMint Terms of Use. BluMint reserves the right to void entries, disqualify participants, or withhold prizes in cases of cheating, collusion, fraud, multi-accounting, or violation of these Rules or the BluMint Terms of Use. If you are not ready to start a match within 20 minutes of it becoming due, you are disqualified.

General terms

These Rules are part of, and incorporate, the BluMint Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Where these Rules conflict with the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use govern except as to Contest-specific details stated here. These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York. By entering a Contest, you agree to these Rules and confirm you are eligible to participate. BluMint may update these Rules; the version in effect at the time you enter a Contest governs that Contest.
